Fax List Wholesale Providers will provide sufficient fax numbers to guarantee 100% successful fax transmissions. Replacements will be provided or the cost refunded for all records that fall short of the total price paid. The record transmission log must be returned to Fax List Wholesalers, on disk, within 30 days of delivery. Since untransmitted faxes can be caused by a variety of reasons such as a "busy", "out of paper", "power off" or "interrupted transmission", Fax List wholesalers reserves the right to test any returned transmission list to determine the actual total of invalid records. Replacement or refund will be based on the results of this test. All lists are seeded. All lists provided shall be limited for use by the end user only. No list records may be sold, given away, exchanged or otherwise provided to any other party's) without the express permission of provider.
